WORD OF WARNING
In the case of the the radio's that have an external speaker plugged into the extension speaker socket you will have to unplug it as the radio will get confused and not know if it is supposed to use the 2.5mm data socket for PC programming or the 3.5mm speaker socket for radio cloning.
