GB7DD
Welcome to our information page on our D-Star System
covering Dundee and parts of north Fife.
GB7DD is a Port B 70cms System complete with a Gatway connection to the internet.
The Operating frequency is 439.6625MHz DV.
This D-Star system was paid for with funding from the
Awards for All Big Lottery Fund in May 2009.

DARC are also grateful to amateur radio equipment supplier Jaycee Electronics in Glenrothes for their contribution of equipment to this project.
GB7DD has been integrated into the D-Star Scotland Network to provide a balanced D-Star Network within Scotland. Currently all D-Star Systems within Scotland are connected to the virtual meetings area known as Reflector 6A. This allows any QSO conducted on any one of the other systems to be heard on all of the other systems. Anyone from the other systems can join the QSO. This is a great method of speaking to other Radio Amateurs whilst out driving across Scotland.
